Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Snoop Dogg will jointly headline the 56th Super Bowl halftime show on February 13th, 2022, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
The five artists have combined for 43 GRAMMYs and have created 22 No. 1 Billboard albums. For Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre, the performance will also show a homecoming for the Los Angeles artists.
Jay-Z said in a statement, “Dr. Dre, a musical visionary from Compton; Snoop Dogg, an icon from Long Beach; and Kendrick Lamar, a young musical pioneer in his own right, also from Compton; will take center field for a performance of a lifetime. They will be joined by the lyrical genius, Eminem; and the timeless Queen, Mary J. Blige … This is history in the making.”
Hospitality host will be legendary Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback, three-time Super Bowl champion, current FOX Sports analyst and hall of fame inductee Troy Aikman, who will also talk about his career, life in football, and the 2021 season and Super Bowl LVI matchup.
