Center Stage: Rihanna

“Work, work, work, work” is exactly what Rihanna has been doing lately. Her single “Work” Featuring Drake is at the top of the charts, making it to the No. 1 stop on the Billboards Hot 100, with 34 million online streams and 97 million digital copies sold in just one week. This is her 14th single that’s made it to the No. 1 spot. Her album “Anti” also made it to the top the Billboards 200 Albums chart, at No 1, but that’s not the only thing that’s keeping her busy.


Rihanna lands her 4th cover on Vogue, the fashion bible, for April, 3 years after her first cover in April 2011. She is also April issue cover story. In her interview with Vogue talked about her fashion week debut, earlier this year, with her sport wear collection with Puma, Fenty. Rihanna is now Puma’s brand ambassador and creative director for women’s training wear.


She also revealed some upcoming projects, footwear collaboration with Manolo Blahnik for the spring collection, and a line of sunglasses with Dior. If one Vogue isn’t enough, she is also in British Vogue’s for April, making this her second cover in the British magazine. The work for Rihanna doesn’t end their, she is also on a world tour for her album “Anti”. Rihanna is definitely putting in a lot of “work, work, work, work”, and it sure not stopping there. This is her year.
